GA Integrated Therapeutic Perspectives LLC is a premier, women-owned, Black-owned mental health counseling practice dedicated to compassionate care for military and civilian individuals and couples.
We provide talk therapy in its truest form — addressing anxiety, stress, depression, grief, trauma, and sexual issues with humor and care. The practice also offers tailored support for those navigating the emotional challenges of a life-changing diagnosis, such as multiple sclerosis, diabetes, spinal cord injuries, or infertility, within six months to a year of receiving the diagnosis.
Our purpose is to do no harm — but inconsistent or illogical cognitions must be called out, and we do so with a balance of humor and empathy. Facing cognitive distortions and building better strategies is where new patterns begin. Committed to inclusivity, we are a proud ally of the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring every client receives the highest quality of care in a supportive, affirming environment.
