Do you accept insurance?

Yes — major insurance is accepted, including Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, Humana, Tricare, Optum, and Magellan. A superbill can also be provided upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.

How do I book an appointment?

By phone or text only — call or text 678-664-4003. There’s no online booking form. Once you’re a client, ongoing scheduling, intake, and billing move to the SimplePractice client portal.

When do I need to complete intake paperwork?

Intake paperwork must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows time for review and keeps your full session length available — incomplete intake can shorten our time together.

What states can you see clients in?

Georgia, Florida, Idaho, and Texas. Virtual sessions are available anywhere within those states; in-office sessions are available in Hinesville, GA.

What happens in a free consult?

A short virtual conversation — no paperwork, no commitment. We talk through what’s bringing you in, I answer questions about my approach, and we decide together whether it’s a good fit.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are subject to the full session fee, unless the appointment is rescheduled for the same week.

Can I bring my children to a session?

Children are not permitted in session. Please arrange childcare ahead of your appointment, whether virtual or in-office.

Is virtual therapy as effective as in-person?

Yes — I’m Board Certified in TeleMental Health (BC-TMH), so virtual sessions are held to the same clinical standards as in-office care.

Is this space LGBTQ+ affirming?

Yes, without exception. This is an LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally inclusive practice.
